1. Who we are
This website and HogFinder are provided by Ihsan Md Al Aqib, Dhaka, Bangladesh ("we", "us"). Contact: ihsanaqib.dev@gmail.com.
2. The website
You may browse this website and download the software for personal or business use under the EULA. Information on the website is provided as is and may change. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or distribute copies of the software that are changed or repackaged.
3. Buying Pro
- Reseller. Orders are processed by [PAYMENT PROVIDER NAME], our online reseller and merchant of record. It is the seller of record, collects payment and applicable taxes, and its terms apply to the purchase in addition to these terms. [LINK TO PROVIDER TERMS]
- Prices. Prices are shown at checkout in your currency and may include taxes. We may change prices for new purchases; a price change for an existing subscription is announced at least 30 days before it takes effect.
- Subscriptions. A subscription renews automatically for the same period until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Lifetime licence. Covers the current major version of the software, as described on the pricing section and in the refund policy.
- Trial. A Pro trial runs for 14 days without payment details. When it ends, Pro features turn off and the free features continue.
- Refunds. See the refund policy.
4. Licence keys
A licence key is for the person or organisation that bought it, for the number of devices stated in the order. Do not share or resell keys. We may deactivate keys that are shared publicly, bought with stolen payment details, or refunded after a chargeback.
5. Your responsibility for what you clean
HogFinder removes or moves files and registry keys that you choose to remove. It shows a dry run first, quarantines files for restoring, and logs what it did, but you decide what to tick. Keep backups of important data. Review items marked "Review" or "app data" before removing them.
6. Support
We provide support by email and on [GITHUB ISSUES URL] on a reasonable-efforts basis. We do not promise a response time or that every problem can be solved.
7. No warranty
To the extent the law allows, the website and the software are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Windows, drivers and other programs behave differently on different computers.
8. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of data, loss of profit or business interruption arising from the website or the software. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
9. Intellectual property
The software, website, name and logo belong to us or our licensors. The EULA grants you a licence to use the software; it does not transfer ownership. Third-party components (for example Microsoft TraceEvent) remain under their own licences, listed in the software's third-party notices.
10. Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and changes that matter to existing customers are announced. We may stop selling or supporting a version with at least 90 days' notice, and will keep issued licences working for the paid period.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
