Refund policy
30 days, no questions asked
If HogFinder Pro does not work for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase and you will get your money back in full. This applies to the first payment of a subscription and to the lifetime licence. You do not need to give a reason.
How to ask
Email ihsanaqib.dev@gmail.com with the email address used for the order and your order number, or use the receipt link from [PAYMENT PROVIDER NAME], our online reseller and merchant of record, which issues the refund. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions renew automatically each year (or month) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt or by emailing us.
- After cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. The free features keep working.
- We email a reminder before an annual renewal. If you were charged for a renewal you did not want, ask within 14 days of the renewal and we will refund it.
Lifetime licence
A lifetime licence covers the current major version (for example 1.x) for as long as we publish it. A new major version may be sold separately; existing licence holders will get a discount.
After your licence ends or is refunded
Pro features turn off. The free features, your files, your quarantine and your logs are not affected.
Exceptions
We may decline a refund for repeated refund requests across purchases that look like abuse. Consumer rights that the law gives you in your country are not affected by this policy.
